Refund Policy

After the product(s) is dispatched by Kalics. The customer needs to send an unboxing video of the product(s) within 24 hours of delivery to him/her. Once all the products(s) are safely returned to Kalics in same condition as shown by customer in the video. Kalics will refund 90% of the money.

The refund amount will reflect back to original payment mode within 5-7 days.

Cancellation Policy

Amount paid is only refundable within 24hrs of order placement. Any cancellation request after 24hrs will charge 10% as cancellation fee.
